1. Scope of processing of personal data
In principle, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. The processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functioning website and our content and services (contact form). 2. Data protection in the context of job placement
We process personal data relating to you in connection with the processing of your request and the provision of our offers and services as well as to fulfill legal obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law). We need this data for personnel placement/hiring. Without this data we cannot provide the service offered. We use your data to send you information about services and job offers. The legal basis for this is the law on job placement and personnel leasing.

We only process the data that you have made available to us.

Forwarding of your data to interested companies with vacancies:
If you are interested in a specific position, your data will be forwarded to the advertising company. We will pass on your data to companies with suitable job advertisements (the legal basis for this is the law on job placement and personnel leasing. If you do not wish this, you can revoke this at any time with effect for the future.

We may also pass on your personal data to other companies affiliated with us for the above purposes. The data will also be passed on to public authorities and bodies due to any legal regulations.

3. Duration of storage
Your data will be stored permanently after collection for the following:

  • Employment contract is concluded: The personal data will be stored in any case for as long as the person concerned has an employment relationship with Eurojobs Personaldienstleistungen SA and beyond that, in accordance with the statutory storage obligation, also at the request of the person concerned for further work assignments.
  • No employment contract has yet been concluded: If the person concerned wishes to continue to be employed by Eurojobs Personaldienstleistungen SA, the data will be processed.
  • Employment relationship ended, the person concerned would like to continue to use the services (personnel leasing) of Eurojobs Personaldienstleistungen. The personal data will continue to be processed until an employment contract is concluded and beyond that in accordance with the statutory storage obligation.
  • The data subject cannot be placed: the personal data will be deleted/destroyed immediately after it has been established that the data subject is not suitable for placement.

4. Your rights (rights of data subjects)
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can obtain information about the processing purposes, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, data transfer, the origin of your data, if they were not collected from us, and about the existence of automated decision-making including profiling.

You also have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to the use of your personal data at any time.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us contradicts the applicable data protection regulations, you have the option of complaining to the data protection office.

You have the right to request information as to whether and to what extent your personal data is being processed (in particular processing purpose, recipient of the data, storage period, etc.).

You have the right to request the correction of your stored data if they are incorrect or incomplete. This includes the right to completion through supplementary statements or notifications.

III. Description and scope of data processing

1. Provision of the Website
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.

We will delete your e-mail address, surname/first name if not used.

4. File Downloads
We do not ask you for any personal information so that you can download files from our website.

5. Liability for own content
The content of this site was made with the highest care. However, we cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete or up-to-date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation.
