Declaration of consent for the processing of personal data

The data subject (potential candidate/employee) agrees that the personal data transmitted to us (application documents and candidate profile) will be processed:

•     Salutation, first name, last name, address
•     E-mail address and telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
•     Date of birth and other civil data
•     Passport copy, social security number
•     bank details
•     Profession, qualifications, career

purpose
The data is processed in order to search for/find a suitable job for you (the person concerned) in the area you require. The data is forwarded to potential users via e-mail or telephone. This is necessary so that the companies involved can get an idea of ​​the skills, competencies and experience of the person concerned. If the data subject can be hired out, the data will be processed to set up an employment contract. If necessary, the data will be forwarded to authorities and insurance companies (e.g. for permits, sick reports, AHV, etc.). The legal basis for this is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a, b and c GDPR and the law on job placement and personnel leasing.
