Consent statement for the processing of personal data
The data subject (prospective candidate/employee) agrees that the personal data submitted to us (application documents and candidate profile) may be processed:
- Title, first name, surname, address
- Email address and telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
- Date of birth and other civil status data
- Copy of passport, social security number
- Bank details
- Profession, qualifications, career history
Purpose
The data are processed in order to search for/find a suitable job for you (the data subject) in the area you have requested. The data are forwarded to potential client companies by email or by telephone. This is necessary so that the client companies can assess the abilities, competencies and experience of the data subject. If the data subject can be placed on assignment, the data will be processed for the preparation of an employment contract. If necessary, the data will also be forwarded to authorities and insurance providers (e.g. for permits, sickness notifications, AHV, etc.). The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c) GDPR as well as the Act on Employment Services and Staff Leasing.
Withdrawal
This consent may be revoked at any time from the controller:
