Privacy Policy

We – EUROjOBS Personaldienstleistungen SA, Gewerbeweg 8, 9486 Schaanwald, and its branch offices – take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Our processing of our users’ personal data is limited to the data required to provide a properly functioning website and our content and services. We only process our users’ personal data for the purposes agreed with them or where another legal basis (within the meaning of the GDPR) applies. We only collect such personal data as is actually required to perform and deliver our tasks and services, or which you have provided to us voluntarily. Naturally, we always handle your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection provisions. Below, we inform you about the processing of personal data:

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy in the event of changes in the law, so that it always reflects current legal requirements, or to reflect changes to our services in this Privacy Policy, e.g. when introducing new services. For any subsequent visit, the new Privacy Policy will apply.

II. General information on data processing

1. Scope of the processing of personal data
You can use our online offering in principle without disclosing your identity. Our processing of users’ personal data is limited to the data required to provide a properly functioning website and our content and services (contact form). We only process personal data for the purposes agreed with the users or where another legal basis (within the meaning of the GDPR) applies. We only collect such personal data as is required to perform and deliver our tasks and services – which are directly related to your application and the filling of positions – and which you have voluntarily provided to us. You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future, without stating reasons.

The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(a), (b) and (c) GDPR as well as the Act on Employment Services and Staff Leasing.

2. Data protection in the context of job placement
We process personal data relating to you in connection with handling your enquiry and providing our offers and services, as well as to fulfil legal obligations (for example under commercial and tax law). We require this data for recruitment and staff leasing. Without this data, we cannot provide the services offered. We also use your data to send you information about services and job offers. The legal basis for this is the Act on Employment Services and Staff Leasing.

In this context, we only process data that you have provided to us.

Data transfer to interested companies with open positions:
If you are interested in a specific position, your data will be forwarded to the recruiting company. We also pass on your data to companies with suitable vacancies (the legal basis is the Act on Employment Services and Staff Leasing). If you do not wish this, you may object at any time with effect for the future.

For the purposes mentioned above, we may also pass your personal data on to other affiliated companies. In addition, data will be passed on to public authorities and bodies where there is a statutory obligation to do so.

3. Duration of storage
Your data will be stored for the following periods:

  • An employment contract is concluded: 
    Personal data will in any case be stored for as long as the data subject is in an employment relationship with EUROjOBS Personaldienstleistungen SA and, beyond that, in accordance with statutory retention obligations, and additionally – at the request of the data subject – for further assignments.
  • No employment contract concluded yet: 
    If the data subject wishes to continue to be placed by EUROjOBS Personaldienstleistungen SA, the data will continue to be processed. 
  • Employment relationship has ended, but the data subject wishes to continue using EUROjOBS Personaldienstleistungen SA’s services (staff leasing): 
    Personal data will continue to be processed until a new employment contract is concluded and beyond that in accordance with statutory retention obligations.
  • The data subject is not placeable: 
    Personal data will be deleted/destroyed immediately after it is determined that the person is not suitable for placement.

4. Your rights (rights of data subjects)
You have the right to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, data portability, the origin of your data (if it was not collected from you), and the existence of automated decision-making including profiling.

You also have the right to withdraw any consent granted to the use of your personal data at any time.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by us is contrary to applicable data protection provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

Right of access, Article 15 GDPR
You have the right to obtain information on whether and to what extent your personal data is being processed (in particular the processing purpose, recipients of the data, storage period, etc.).

Right to rectification, Article 16 GDPR
You have the right to request rectification of your stored data if it is incorrect or incomplete. This includes the right to have it completed by supplementary statements or notifications.

Right to erasure, Article 17 GDPR
You have the right to request erasure of your personal data. This may be the case, for example, if the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, or if it must be erased due to legal obligations. In individual cases, this right may be excluded.

Right to restriction of processing, Article 18 GDPR
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. This may be the case, for example, if your data has been recorded incorrectly or if processing is unlawful. In the event of restriction, the data may only be processed in very limited circumstances.

Right to data portability, Article 20 GDPR
You have the right to receive the data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a commonly used, electronic, machine-readable format, or to have it transmitted to a controller nominated by you.

Right to object, Article 21 GDPR
You have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time, with effect for the future, to the processing of personal data concerning you where processing is carried out for the purposes of legitimate interests (see Article 6(1)(e), (f) GDPR). In the event of your objection, we will examine whether the legal requirements for processing your data are met and, if they are not, cease any further processing of your data. The lawfulness of processing performed up to the time of objection remains unaffected.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, Article 77 GDPR
You have the right to contact the competent supervisory authority of the Union or of a Member State at any time regarding possible breaches of data protection law.

 

III. Description and scope of data processing

1. Provision of the website
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing device.

The following data is collected:

  • Information about the browser type
  • Language and version of the browser software
  • The user’s operating system
  • The user’s IP address
  • Date and time of access
  • Websites from which the user’s system reaches our website
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page) 
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred in each case

We store this information for a maximum of 60 days. Storage is carried out for data security reasons, in order to ensure the stability and operational security of our system.

We do not carry out our own web analytics on our website and we do not use any web analytics tools. The visitor and usage data mentioned above are therefore not evaluated.

2. Cookies
We use cookies on our website to make our offering more user-friendly. Cookies are small files that are automatically created by your browser and stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone etc.) when you visit our site. The cookies remain stored until you delete them. This enables us to recognise your browser the next time you visit.

If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser so that it informs you when cookies are set and you only allow them in individual cases. However, please note that deactivating cookies may mean you cannot use all functions of our website.

2a. Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website, ensuring convenient use of the map function.

By using this service, Google receives the information that you have accessed this subpage of our website. Data collected during your visit to the website is also transmitted. This occurs even if you do not have a Google user account and are not logged in. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly associated with your account. If you do not want this profile association with Google, you must log out before activating the button. Otherwise, Google stores your data as a usage profile and uses it for advertising, market research, and/or the needs-based design of its website. This type of analysis is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide targeted advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You also have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles under the GDPR. To exercise this right, however, you must contact Google directly.

If you complete a contact form or send us an email or any other electronic message, the information you provide will only be stored and used for processing your enquiry and any related follow-up questions.

The legal basis for processing your enquiry is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.

We will delete your email address and your first and last name if they are no longer required.

4. File downloads
We do not require any personal information from you in order for you to download files from our website.

5. Liability for own content
The content on these pages has been created with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general laws.

 

IV. Data security

Website
We use the widely adopted SSL/TLS protocol during your visit to our website, in combination with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted in encrypted form by the closed padlock or key symbol shown in your browser’s address bar.

General data processing
In addition, we use appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments

The version of this Privacy Policy is indicated by the date specified below. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time with effect for the future. Changes will be made in particular in the event of technical adjustments to our online offering or changes in data protection law.
