Your Responsibilities

• Independent and team-oriented assembly of engines on a modern assembly line
• Performing assembly and adjustment work on high-quality motors
• Operating a synchronized engine assembly line
• Operating modern screwdriving and joining equipment
• Documenting component data subject to recording requirements
• Identifying, reporting, and correcting potential component or process deviations
• Adherence to quality standards during assembly operations
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing standards
• Meeting schedule requirements to ensure on-time delivery

Your Profile

• Completed technical apprenticeship, ideally with experience in engine or plant engineering
• Substantial practical experience as a mechanical engineer, automotive technician, or in a related field
• A strong commitment to quality and the motivation to contribute to the further development of high assembly standards
• Willingness to learn and ability to work independently
• Enjoyment of work and of communicating with all team members
• Willingness to work two shifts and overtime, as well as flexibility with regard to working hours

This position is subject to the minimum wage stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement for the metalworking industry. Actual compensation depends on professional qualifications and work experience.

Minimum salary: 3000 EUR
