Service Technician for Global Assignments (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Commissioning of new and refurbished machines at our plant and at customer sites worldwide
  • Carrying out modifications and repairs
  • Maintenance and inspection of existing machines at customer sites worldwide and via remote access
  • Troubleshooting and repair
  • Preparation of operational documentation
  • Advising and training customers
  • Close collaboration with the Design and Production departments

Your Profile

  • Completed technical training in mechatronics, e.g., at a technical college (HTL) or vocational school, or a completed technical degree
  • Solid understanding of mechanics
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong willingness to travel worldwide, amounting to at least 80% of the time
  • Openness and flexibility in dealing with the diverse perspectives of international clients
  • Analytical and systematic approach to work
  • Goal-oriented and team-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a precise approach to work
