Welder/Pipe Welder/Robotic Welding Operator (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent welding of complex welded assemblies, pipes, custom solutions, fixtures, and pipe assemblies
  • Assembly, tack welding, and welding of piping according to drawings (Demmeler)
  • Working in a dedicated welding booth and on modern robotic welding systems
  • Active monitoring of the manufacturing process and ongoing quality control of the manufactured components
  • Identifying and correcting defects
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of process workflows
  • Performing work in compliance with relevant safety regulations, standards, and environmental and quality standards


Your Profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as a machine fitter, metalworker, mechanical engineering technician, or structural steel fitter
  • Several years of practical experience as a pipe welder or in a metalworking-related profession involving welding
  • Welding certification for pipe welding according to MAG 135 and TIG 141 is a plus
  • Several years of experience in piping, plant construction, or structural steel fabrication
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Experience in independently measuring and inspecting work results
  • High attention to quality, an independent and precise work style, and a willingness to pursue further training
  • Proficiency with computers and basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Enjoy working in a team and communicating with others
  • Willingness to work 2- or 3-shift schedules and flexibility within the team

This position is subject to the minimum wage stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement for the metalworking industry. Actual compensation depends on professional qualifications and work experience.

Minimum salary: 3000 EUR
